Fairway Shores is a comfortable 3-bedroom holiday home that accommodates 8 guests. Short walk to the beach, plenty of room for parking.
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric stove with grill and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, DeLonghi coffee machine (BYO pods), sandwich maker, slow cooker, blender.
Dining area with table/chairs, lounge area with L shaped lounge, air-conditioner, large non smart TV, bluetooth speaker, DVD player.
Large door leading onto front shaded deck with outdoor furniture.
3 bedrooms, main with ceiling fan/light, bedrooms 2 and 3 have a pedestal fan in each.
Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, separate w/c.
Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Rear yard is fully fenced with outdoor setting, hammock, large 4 burner BBQ, crab cooker.
Lawned area.
Games room with large TV, sound bar, pool table, dart board, bar, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, small table/chairs, 2 seater and 2 single cane chairs, 2 seater lounge, combustion heater (BYO wood), separate toilet with vanity.
Clothesline, outdoor shower – cold water only.
Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – double, bed 3 – 2 x single bunks.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen – pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
