Set within the heart of the working Evenfall winery, Palette invites guests to experience art and winemaking in perfect harmony. More than forty of John Wren’s artworks are suspended among oak barrels, transforming the cellar door into a vivid, sensory gallery.

As you wander through, enjoy a guided tasting of Bellebonne, Wellington & Wolfe, and Evenfall wines, discovering the shared artistry that binds paint to palate. The exhibition continues into the restaurant, where guests are encouraged to linger over lunch and savour a menu celebrating the best of Tasmanian produce a true feast for the senses.
