The ember menu: grilled seafood on the dock

Every Thursday night as the sun sets over Victoria Dock, the team is firing up the outdoor grill on the deck to showcase local seafood including smoked oysters, scallops, squid and lobster cooked over open flame. Winter cocktails inspired by fire complement the smoky flavours from the kitchen. Enjoy from inside the restaurant or for the fire-lovers, soft blankets and outdoor seating is available beside the cosy crackling flames with views across the waterfront.
