Pelican Waters are two bedroom ground floor apartments with stunning views of the Merimbula Lake. The apartments offer a sunny northerly aspect which is perfect for those Winter months. The apartment is sandwiched between the lake and Merimbula’s main surf beach which is a two minute stroll around the beautiful boardwalk.
Pelican Waters One has a queen bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a double bed.

Both apartments also have a folding baby cot for your convenience. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything you could need, including a dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and a separate toilet.
There is a washing machine in the laundry and a clothes line in the yard for drying. The lounge area offers stunning lake views, a flat screen television, dvd player and ample seating. There is also a six-seater dining table for those times when you would like to share dinner with friends.
