A tour of Penobscot Farm either after lunch or before dinner at the Penobscot Restaurant located at the Watervale Hotel is the pinnacle of Chef Nicola Palmer’s Watervale Ethical Epicurean Experiences
Penobscot Restaurant is a ten-seat, degustation-only restaurant located in the kitchen of the Watervale Hotel, Clare Valley, South Australia. Guests sit at the Chef’s Table where they can observe the inner workings of the kitchen and engage with the Chef’s.
Penobscot Restaurant is where Penobscot Farm produce is enhanced and enriched to create an exceptional fine dining experience. Individually plated courses, hand-crafted and beautifully presented.

Penobscot Restaurant offers two services per day, at 12 noon and 6 pm at AUD150 per person.
Guests can choose to match their degustation with a wine, gin, or mocktail match at an additional cost.

Guests dining at either sitting have the option to be guided on a 90 minute Penobscot Farm Tour at 4 pm for AUD100 per person. The tour includes education on Clare Valley geology, geography, history, as well as practical application of permaculture design, organic and biodynamic farming and regenerative agriculture.
