Like the Quattro Stagioni version at Pizzeria La Prima with quality mozzarella, shaved prosciutto, marinated artichokes, olives, mushroom and basil, all on a passata base, cooked into molten goodness and cut into four delectable sections. That’s just one of many on the “Pizze Traditionale” list at this popular Springfield restaurant where Vespa-riding Milanese owner Claudio D’Andrea ensures everything is made from scratch, from the pizza bases to the fresh pasta and sauces.
