Built in 1932, this beautiful rendered sandstone property is nestled in the leafy Whitecliffs area of Rye. Your hosts Lorraine and Charles have renovated the west wing to create four individual deluxe rooms The Bahamas, The New Havana and the Georgia, and the latest upstairs at Plantation apartment each with ensuite bathrooms, all elegantly appointed with quality fittings, Wi-Fi, games, DVD’s and CD’s for your use.

Delicious cooked breakfasts, a feature of Plantation House, are served in the dining room or in the summer months, alfresco, through the French doors on the decking.

Plantation House is set in spacious garden setting and also features an undercover, heated Jacuzzi hidden away in the tropical garden.

Only a minutes walk to Rye’s beautiful foreshore, five minutes walk to shops and restaurant. Close to The Peninsula Hot Springs, wineries and golf courses, as well as every seaside activity.

Upstairs at Plantation

Upstairs at Plantation is the newly completed fully self contained. It has has all the luxuries that you need for a very special getaway.

Spacious andcomfortable it features comfortable lounge area in which you can relax, with television and DVD, full Foxtel, radio, CD Player and I Pod stand and Wi-Fi, dining table and chairs and kitchenette with fridge and microwave, king size bed with lashings of pillows and a beautiful well appointed bathroom with spa bath.

It has a private balcony overlooking the front garden towards the bay and has sun lounges and barbecue.

An A La Carte breakfast is served down stairs in the dining room. All linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. Upstairs, Plantation is fully air-conditioned.

Georgia Suite

The Georgia suite has a queen bed and ensuite with shower. The suite has all amenities including flat screen television with full foxtel, bar fridge, hydronic heating and overhead fan for cooling. Breakfast is included in Tarrif. It can accommodate up to two people.
