Located above its sister restaurant Yakitori Yurippi, Ramen Auru is a Tokyo-inspired ramen shop complete with tatami mats and Australia’s only ramen ticket vending machine. The restaurant is from the Hatena Group, the team behind acclaimed venues such as Nakano Darling and Nomidokoro Indigo. There are three ramen styles to try: yuzu shio with chicken, a seafood soup with prawns and a classic pork tonkotsu. No reservations are available, so be prepared to queue.
