In the evening, visit Printhie Wines, a family-owned, 5-star Halliday-rated vineyard known for its cool-climate varietals. Engage in an exclusive meet-the-maker experience to learn about the winery’s history and regional winemaking styles.
As the sun sets over the extinct volcano Mt. Canobolas, enjoy Swift Sparkling—New South Wales’ highest vineyard sparkling, acclaimed as the state’s best and inducted into Tyson Stelzer’s Sparkling Hall of Fame. Paired with fresh oysters, it’s a scenic and indulgent end to the day.
Bush Tucker in Orange
Today is a sensory journey through Orange’s finest food and wine. Enjoy exclusive winery visits and meet-the-maker moments, paired with a delicious farm gate produce trail showcasing regional specialties.
This evening, indulge in a unique fusion of Italian cuisine and Australian bush tucker. While unconventional, the blend of two cultures grounded in local, seasonal ingredients creates a truly memorable dining experience.
You’ll be joined by a local Indigenous guide who will share powerful stories of dreamtime, colonisation, and contemporary Indigenous life. Expect dishes like braised wallaby shanks with native pepperberry and bush tomato, or roasted wattleseed waffles with Lilli Pilli cream—an unforgettable end
Corynnia Station
After breakfast, board your private flight to Corynnia Station for an immersive outback experience. This 17,000-acre working property produces premium Merino wool and meat from up to 11,000 sheep, along with irrigated crops such as cotton, grain, and fodder—using cutting-edge agricultural technology.
Settle into station life with hearty meals and evenings around the campfire. Enjoy tennis, croquet, nature walks, swimming, and exceptional birdwatching, all under vast skies filled with unforgettable sunsets and starlit nights.
Later, join your host Bruce for an exclusive farm tour. With a deep passion for agriculture, Bruce will guide you through the property, sharing insights into innovative farming methods behind their high-yield, world-class rice, cotton, ryegrass, and wool production. Discover the benefits of genetically modified seed and how it’s shaping the future of sustainable farming.
The tour also includes a visit to the station’s historic 1920s and 1940s shearing sheds—still in use today—offering a unique look at the blend of tradition and modern farming on this remarkable property.
Fly to South Coast
This morning, bid farewell to your hosts and fly east to the New South Wales coast. On arrival at Shellharbour Airport, transfer to Ocean Farm—your secluded luxury retreat near Gerringong, set on one of the last working farms along the coast.
Nestled among rolling hills, Ocean Farm offers total privacy, panoramic ocean views, and refined comfort. Enjoy spacious bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, open fireplace, infinity pool, entertainment room, and a sweeping deck overlooking the sea.
Unwind however you please—take the grassy track to Werri Beach for a swim or lunch, relax poolside, sip wine by the fire, or simply enjoy the serene rural setting among free-roaming cattle and horses.
Kangaroo Valley
This morning, enjoy a scenic drive to Kangaroo Valley—home to the Wodi Wodi people and now a lush haven of farms, vineyards, and historic charm.
Begin with the signature Canoes, Champagne and Canapés experience. Paddle through a serene, ancient waterway while enjoying native canapés and award-winning local wine. Afterward, relax over a two-course paddock-to-plate lunch prepared by local chefs who champion regional produce.
Continue to Cherry Tree Hill Winery for a tasting, then travel south along the stunning coastline, deepening your understanding of the land’s cultural significance to Australia’s First Nations people.
Return to Gerringong in the afternoon with free time to explore the town or unwind by the beach before heading back to your accommodation.
