Reids Tramline follows a historic tramline where horses and steam locomotives once hauled logs out of the forest.
Along the walk, you will come across parts of the old tramway and relics of an old timber mill before exiting the bush and walking west back into Powelltown.
The 6.2 kilometre loop goes through Mountain Ash Forest to the former site of an old sawmill.
Some parts of the walk are steep and experience with bushwalking is suggested. Dogs are allowed on lead only.
