Renmark River Villas is privately owned/operated and consists of four premium holiday villas.

The villas are situated 40 metres from the River and owner-operated houseboat accommodation “Boats and Bedzzz” – all only a five minute stroll to the township.

“The Rosa Villa” can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. The villa has four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite access to both bathrooms. There is also an additional double vanity and third toilet. Reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort. The undercover alfresco area has an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, overlooking the private pool with cantilever umbrella.

There is secure undercover car parking as well as space in the rear yard for an extra car and boat.

If you are part of a large group across two or more villas, easy gate access between the alfresco areas of each villa can be arranged.

The master two bedrooms each have a a king split apart bed. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have queen split apart beds and if required, two single roll out trundles. TV’s in living area and each bedroom.
