Set into a hill by the Campaspe River Walk and close to the Kyneton Botanic Gardens, the River House in Kyneton is an immaculate home, designed by Moloney Architects. Beautifully appointed with views of the river and Macedon Ranges beyond, this home suits all seasons. Experience a roaring fire in winter, trees changing colour in autumn, and riverside relaxation in spring and summer.
The River House has four generous bedrooms – two with king beds and two with queens, all with garden views. Two bathrooms with ensuite in the master bedroom, another shared bathroom, a separate powder room, and a full laundry. Luxury linens, towels and Aspar body products are provided at your home away from home.
The house has two large living areas that provide ample space for relaxation, and space in the living/dining room for yoga. The other living room includes a Smart TV and games. The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the dining area is a beautiful space to sit, looking over the giant oak and elm trees down to the river and beyond.
