No need to negotiate native bush, you can simply meander down a path, onto a sandy track directly onto the beach. An idyllic, peaceful location overlooking the soft sand and safe clear waters of Island Beach.
On arrival you will be welcomed with a Gourmet Local Produce Gift Basket and a bottle of South Australian wine which you can enjoy either on the expansive deck or inside the light filled living rooms with spectacular 180˚ panoramic views of Eastern Cove.

Holiday Beach House
Kangaroo Island Star is a fully equipped absolute beach front luxury holiday house. It sits on Island Beach and provides a private and peaceful escape. The home includes all the facilities you would find back home with all linen provided. Three bedrooms accommodate up to eight people. Wrap around windows provide light and summer breezes. The water is a 30 second walk down a small sand dune.
Native animals visit at night and sunsets are magnificent from the deck. Our theme is ….relax, unwind and escape and everything in the Beach Home caters for this mission. A beautiful book library and children’s facilities also grace the home. If you’re a writer a writer’s desk is set up near the windows overlooking the ocean.
