Roonka Cottage 3 is located in a beautiful and peaceful location, perfect for water sports, fishing, swimming, kayaking, bird watching and relaxing.
The 20 acre property has nearly 100 metres of riverfront including jetties and a shared beachfront great for water skiing, playing the water or fishing boats.
Other facilities include a steep but concrete boat ramp, large lawns, BBQs and a lawn tennis court which is undergoing renovation.
Roonka is a delightful spot near Blanchetown on the Murray River, far enough away from Adelaide to get away from it all with premier access to the water.
The Main cottage has a queen-sized bed, bathroom and living kitchen area. There are also separate sleeping pods. One comes with a queen-sized bed and single bunk beds. One with a queen-sized bed and fold-out double couch.
