Sabbia is the Italian restaurant at The Sands Torquay, nestled within one of Victoria’s most loved coastal golf resorts on the Surf Coast.
Executive Chef Brad Hawker and Head Chef Josh Watson lead the kitchen, serving modern Italian dishes made with locally sourced produce. The menu is simple, seasonal and crafted with care — the kind of food that tastes best eaten slowly.
