Ruby Cottage
Ruby Cottage is a delightful, sun-drenched retreat that offers a comfortable stay tailored to your needs.
The cottage features two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and ensuite, and the other with two king single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Purpose-built for flexibility, Ruby Cottage is ideal for a family of four, two couples, or a person with special needs and their carer. The well-appointed gourmet kitchen flows into an open-plan living area that opens onto a sunny deck with a mains gas BBQ and alfresco dining area. Both bedrooms also have access to private decks, perfect for soaking up the sun.
For entertainment, the cottage includes a games room with a billiard table, which also doubles as a quiet space equipped with a desk and fast internet access—perfect for those who might need to work or enjoy some solitude.
Ruby Cottage is perfectly situated to explore the must-see attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula.
Jade Cottage
Nestled in a private, fully fenced garden, Jade Cottage is an architecturally designed holiday haven, ideal for singles or couples seeking both relaxation and adventure. This purpose-built, one-bedroom retreat features full accessibility, including wheelchair ramps and bathrooms designed for all abilities. The spacious layout includes a well-appointed kitchen and an open-plan living and dining area. The bedroom offers a king-size bed that can be split into two king singles, and there’s a pull-down Murphy bed in the living area for additional guests.
Jade Cottage’s prime location allows you to explore the best of the Bellarine Peninsula. Historic sites, including lighthouses and the iconic Fort of Queenscliffe, The Maritime Museum, are within easy reach, as are the charming seaside villages of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliffe.
Heritage House

- Wheelchair accessible picnic tables (picnic tables require 720mm knee clearance and 800mm maximum height).
- A wheelchair/scooter charging station (power point) in an accessible location is available.
- Portable commode chairs are available.
- At least one wheelchair accessible parking space with wheelchair accessible signage clearly displayed (International standards are 3200mm wide x 2500 mm high).

- A wheelchair accessible bathroom (Entrance to bathroom must have step free greater than 5mm or a doorway threshold ramp not exceeding 1:8 for 450mm. Bathrooms dimensions must be no less than 2000mm X 2500mm. Have a hobless (step free) shower recess. Shower recess must have at least 1100 x 1100mm clear area for wheelchair access (no door). Have a slip resistant fold down seat or fixed seat in shower .Seat must be at least 900mm long.).
