Sabi is a Japanese-inspired retreat that beckons solitude and stillness. Perched on a hillside overlooking the bay, Sabi is a 300-metre walk from one of Tasmania’s most spectacular beaches.

Designed around the namesake philosophy of wabi-sabi – finding beauty in imperfection – the handcrafted stone and timber cabin provides a sensory respite and quiet take on luxury. The cabin accommodates two to four adults. Both bedrooms boast king beds atop purpose built platforms rendered in textured microcement. Located on the mezzanine, the spacious primary suite has framed views across Binalong Bay and a repurposed barrel bath with copper-liner for a Japanese-style onsen experience.
