Sleeping up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double and 2 king-single bunks), there are 3 living spaces, entertainers deck, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, WiFi, secure large yard with undercover entertaining area, outdoor shower, and onsite parking for 4 vehicles including a double carport and room for your boat (the Encounter Bay boat ramp is an easy 5 minute drive away).
