Seine Bay Luxe Retreats offers two two-storey modern and spacious townhouses in the heart of Augusta.
If you want a fully equipped short-term rental, surrounded by beautiful furniture, quirky artworks and lots of books, this is for you. If you want a convenient location and a lovely view, this is for you. If you want quality bedding, top-of-the-range appliances and free rein of a pantry and herb garden, this is also for you!
A short walk to the river (fishing and river cruises) the shops, pub and cafes, but still peaceful. A short drive to beaches, wineries, the marina (whale watching), caves, ancient forests and art galleries
Each bedroom has its own ensuite and balcony. There are two smart Televisions with streaming services, and the main deck has a pizza oven and barbecue. Choose from two courtyards, one with a fire pit. Each apartment has parking for two vehicles.
The property is pet-friendly at the owner’s discretion.
