South Burnie Foreshore Esplanade is on the Eastern side of Burnie adjacent to Bunnings. The area is the hub and part of the coastal pathway including a recreation area with a Pulp and Paper Trail interpretative structures.
Facilities included outdoor exercise equipment, colourful public toilets, a jetty, boat ramp and swimming beach, shower, foot washers, drinking fountains, car park with space for boat trailers, Caravan RV dump point. On the East facing beach is the Dog Beach is ideal for dogs to run off lead.
