Southview Guesthouse is part of Bulli Illawarra Accommodation, who are local holiday specialists located in the Northern Suburbs of the Illawarra. Southview offers two fully self-contained private suites (Seaview suite or Garden suite) and a room only with an en suite (Stop Over room) within their family property.
Nestled between Sandon Point Beach and Bulli Beach, just one hour’s drive south of Sydney, Southview is a perfect place for you to unwind and relax. Your holiday destination offers a relaxed and tranquil atmosphere with ocean and mountain views. It’s just 200 metres from the beach, bike/walk path, and cafes within walking distance.
Catch the beautiful sunrise over the ocean or perhaps a surf at Sandon Point Beach which is listed as one of Australia’s top surfing breaks. Enjoy a coastal walk or perhaps a bike ride along the beach track, which goes to Wollongong and beyond, or simply chill out by their heated spa plunge pool.
Bulli Illawarra Accommodation has three properties available to book in the spectacular Northern Suburbs of the Illawarra: Point Bulli, Woonona Stays and Southview Guesthouse.

Seaview Suite
The Seaview suite has a four-poster king bed with flat screen television in the bedroom, all linen is provided. The large bathroom has a double hydrotherapy spa bath and a double shower. The lounge room has mountain and ocean views, there is also a full-size fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the expansive views from the wrap-around outside balcony with a barbecue.
The Seaview suite can sleep up to four guests with two sleeping on a comfortable six-inch inner spring fold-out in the lounge room.
Enjoy watching Netflix while taking in the beautiful views of Bulli beach and the Illawarra escarpment.
Garden Suite
The Garden Suite has a queen bed with an en suite shower, the full-size kitchen is fully equipped, and both the bedroom and lounge room have smart television with Netflix. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon in your private courtyard with a barbecue, the large bi-fold doors open from the lounge room to the courtyard.
As the Garden suite is on ground level with no steps it also has no views but is very peaceful and private.

Stop Over Room
The Stop Over Room is a hotel-style room. This is room only and is ideal for people passing through.
There are no kitchen facilities in the Stop Over room. Strictly no cooking in this room. There is a king bed and an en suite, with 32-inch Smart Television with Netflix provided. There is a mini fridge, kettle and tea/coffee facilities.
Relax either inside with a small sitting area or outside on the deck overlooking the pool and garden area. It is ground level.
