Breezy living with windows, sliding and bifold doors from the north and west. Feel the summer north-easterly breeze flowing through the lounge room. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and oven, and basic pantry items.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds, 46 and 32-inch smart televisions, bedside tables, lamps, and a built-in robe. The lounge room has a 65-inch smart television. There is a second toilet for complete privacy while someone may be soaking in the bath.

The single-car garage has an internal entrance to the house and the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
