Spalding Lodge Unit 9 has now been fully renovated and is a lovely modern fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit in a premium location.
Enjoy amazing views over Boston Bay, Port Lincoln Jetty, and the Wharf. The unit complex outdoor pool is a great addition for hot summer days. Unit 9 is located on the car park level, so no steps leading to the unit.
With a balcony and large scenic window in the living area, allowing you to soak in the amazing views. The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 1 single and 1 bunk bed, enabling the unit to sleep, up to 5 people. All linen is supplied. Basic shared laundry facilities are available on the ground level.
Relax on the balcony, around the pool, or stroll down to the shopping and eateries precinct.
