The Spinifex winery is family owned and operated by the Schell family since 2001.
Set among vineyards in a region known for its warm climate, rolling hills and rich wine heritage, Spinifex offers visitors a relaxed, beautifully framed view – ideal for taking your time, exploring, tasting, and just enjoying the Barossa ambience.
The tasting room was recently opened, featuring a verandah overlooking vines, classic Barossa architecture with modern design touches, lovely indoor spaces, and glass sliders that open onto the tank farm and barrel store.
Varieties include Grenache Noir, Shiraz, Cinsault, Mataro, Grenache Gris, Semillon and Clairette.
