The new Stargazer Tasting Room is the perfect setting for a beautiful, guided tasting experience overlooking the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines at the Palisander vineyard.
Whether you’re a seasoned enthusiast or just beginning your wine journey, they invite you to sit with them for a tutored session.
You’ll be seated around the bespoke communal table with other like-minded wine lovers, where you’ll enjoy a selection of current-release wines and occasionally other special vinous treats.
