Tasting flights and charcuterie platters are available. Here you will savour a glass of Sangiovese with wood-fire foccaccia and San Daniele prosciutto. Or some Nebbiolo with Tuscan pecorino cheese from Pienza.
At the Stefani Estate Cellar Door, you will enjoy tastings of hand-crafted elegant wines from three single vineyard sites. ‘The View’ site is one of the highest in the valley at 350m above sea level. Its range of vines planted in 1998 include Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The more temperate ‘The Gate’ vineyard site produces delicious Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Sangiovese. The Belaradah site produces Nebbiolo, Trebbiano and Pinot Noir.
