Three award winning songwriters sitting around a kitchen table doing what they do at home. Playing old and new songs from their extensive solo catalogues, interspersed with their take on some classic Australian folk songs, they will make you sing, laugh and cry.
Frank Jones was a founding member of The Whirling Furphies and has also recorded four solo albums. He penned Melbourne’s iconic anthem, My Brown Yarra. Dave Steel was a founding member of Weddings Parties Anything, has released nine solo albums, received several ARIA nominations and worked as a sideman to Archie Roach for seven years. Bill Jackson’s The Wayside Ballads Vol 3 was awarded Contemporary Album of the Year at The Australian Folk Music Awards in 2021. He has released seven solo albums and toured North America four times.
