Since 2011, Specialty Wine Tours have been operating day and weekend wine tour experiences for couples or small groups of four up to ten guests to indulge, unwind and enjoy the fine wines and food on offer. The theme is for you to have fun in a relaxed friendly environment.
Day tours can be arranged to wine regions of Phillip Island and South Gippsland and the mysterious French Island in Westernport Bay. Phillip Island Wineries Experience Day tour
Unwind, Indulge and Enjoy a day out exploring the two wineries on Phillip Island plus others close by on this wine tour of the beautiful Bass Coast. Relax while tasting the delicious award-winning wines and enjoy a sumptuous lunch with glass of wine plus other attractions.
Other options may include Cheese, Gin and Beer tastings.
Gippsland Wine Experience Day Tour
This region is renowned for its breathtaking scenery of rolling pastoral hills. The area generally has a cool climate with a warm, dry autumn, encouraging rich Chardonnay and unique Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and an emerging production of sparkling wine. Includes all tastings at three wineries, lunch and glass of wine and cheese platter to share.
Travel in airconditioned, comfortable mini buses. From there you will visit three of the following wineries for tastings and relax to enjoy the scenery: Cannibal Creek Vineyard, Brandy Creek Estate, Narkoojee Vineyard, Baw Baw Cellar Door (wine and gin tastings) or Ripplebrook Winery.
French Island Weekend Experience Tour
Enjoy an amazing weekend relaxing on this fascinating and mysterious island which is twice the size of its neighbour Phillip Island. With only 100 residents and well over 5,000 healthy koalas living there (Australia’s second largest population) they are thriving without being harmed by other mainland species and roaming the island at will. This popular tour includes: all meals, two nights accommodation (Friday and Saturday), Lunch at the FIGS (French Island General Store) and French Island Vineyards while enjoying their popular wines and a cheese platter, seeing original old chikory kilns, Koala, relaxation, exclusive tour of the island, nature, beach walks, plus much more!
