The Cellar by Gilbert, the stunning sandstone building located just on the edge of town in Mudgee, is the warm and welcoming cellar door of Gilbert Family Wines, where guests can experience the award-winning wines made by sixth-generation winemakers, Simon and Will Gilbert in the elegant and relaxed wine bar atmosphere.
