The Conscious Crop is a working market garden and regenerative agriculture farm just outside Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains of New south Wales. We collect organic waste from town, make our own compost and grow vegetables and flowers for the local community. Seven miles from the town of Jindabyne and close to Kosciuszko National Park and Thredbo and Perisher ski resorts, the region is perfect for an active get away.
