Resident artisan bakers cook with fire in the wood-fired oven creating Argentinian Fugazza with a selection of fresh, rich toppings.

The onsite herb and vegetable gardens plus orchard guide the seasonal menu providing organic food featuring on share plates & produce boards. Local wines, beers, cocktails and sodas are available onsite and for takeaway.
