The Point is a contemporary coastal accommodation situated between two stunning surfing beaches and within walking distance of Shellharbour Village and Warilla Bowling Club.
Shellharbour Village has a stunning harbour, many restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. Why not walk or cycle the shared pathways down into the entrance of Lake Illawarra and continue onto the popular Art Trail.
The Point accommodation is on the top floor overlooking the park and features two queen bedrooms, wireless internet, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and opens onto a balcony. Also features a lovely open-plan lounge with large smart tv, dining and kitchenette area.
The owner occupies the lower floor of the house and is separate from the accommodation.
