In 2022, renowned chef Matt Moran brought new life to the tiny village of Rockley (population under 200) by reopening The Rockley Pub, located 35 kilometres south of Bathurst.

Dine on elevated pub fare – with snacks, pub classics, Chef’s menu, sides and sweets. For large groups of over 12 people, the menu has been designed to share options of 1, 2 or 3 courses. The kid’s menu has something to suit.

Don’t be surprised if hands-on Moran is there to serve you himself.

Before heading off, make sure you go for a drive around the town itself (it won’t take long) to admire the period architecture and rolling landscapes.
