Welcome to the Shore Break, a brand-new luxury two-bedroom apartment. Shore Break is located just a stone’s through away from Eden’s Famous Aslings Beach. With stunning ocean views and the salty sea air you will relax and enjoy this beautiful apartment and all it has to offer.
Shore Break is set out on two levels. Downstairs houses a small outdoor area, garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The Main bedroom consists of a Queen bed, built-in robes and once again that stunning view. There are two single beds in the second bedroom with built-in robes. The Main bathroom boasts a lovely free-standing bath as well as a walk-in shower. The hidden laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. In addition, the second bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
Take a walk upstairs to find the open planned living area. The view from the upper level is breathtaking from every room. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you would expect from any high-end apartment, including a coffee machine, dishwasher and plenty of cookware and utensils.
Hidden in the walls of the dining area you will find a large walk-in pantry and a third toilet!
Sit back and enjoy your morning coffee on the sun drenched balcony and watch the sunrise over the ocean.
