From the famous mayfly lakes of the Central Highlands, to the serenity of meandering lowland streams, learn more about the different techniques we use and how we adapt to the ever changing weather patterns to maximize your fly fishing success.
Staying at a highland lodge overlooking the vast expanses of Great Lake, you will enjoy comfortable rooms, evening meals and drinks featuring local produce next to open log fires and some great hospitality to prepare you for more fly fishing action.
We recommend bringing warm clothing, a hat, and sunglasses, along with a current Tasmanian angling license available through the Inland Fisheries Service. While all essential gear is supplied, you’re welcome to bring your own fly fishing equipment if preferred.
