The Three Surf Lessons Program is a package of three two-hour group lessons at Middleton or Moana Beach. Lessons include wetsuit, rash top, sun cream and surf board. Bookings are essential.

Surf and Sun
Surf and Sun are a licensed surf school with Surfing Australia, operating multi award winning adventure based activities in South Australia.
Surf and Sun specialises in Learn to Surf Lessons, Surf Camps, Surf Hire, Surf Day Tours and more at Middleton, Moana and other great South Australian locations.
Surf & Sun also operate “Off the Bluff” abseiling experiences.
They have a team of male and female accredited surf coaches including state surfing champions plus many state representatives that compete at a National Level.
Surf and Sun’s aim is to help make the world more fun, to promote healthy living and to enjoy the beach lifestyle.
