The Tilba Kayak & Wine Tour offers a unique experience combining outdoor adventure with local culinary delights. The journey begins on Corunna Lake, part of the Batemans Marine Park, where you’ll paddle a 3.5 km gentle kayak tour guided by local experts. During the paddle, you’ll be surrounded by spotted gum forests and sandy shores with views of Mt Gulaga, a site of cultural significance. Keep an eye out for local wildlife such as sea eagles and jellyfish.

The tour culminates at Tilba Valley Winery, located just a short walk from the water. Here, you’ll enjoy a tasting of three handcrafted wines paired with a generous platter of artisan cheeses. The experience highlights the connection between the natural landscape you’ve just explored and the flavours of the wines and cheeses, which are produced from the local environment. Navigate Expeditions offers immersive, regenerative travel experiences for the environmentally conscious traveller. Currently offering bushwalking, kayaking, mountain biking and speciality tours on the far South Coast of New South Wales.

Their day tours include, ‘Kayak and Shuck’ experience, gentle kayaking on the vibrant turquoise water inside the calm estuary of Pambula River and an Oyster shucking class with Broadwater Oysters. They run kayak tours on the Bega, Bermagui, Merimbula, Pambula Rivers and walking nature tours in Mimosa Rocks National Park and Beowa National Park (formerly Ben Boyd National Park).
