Skip the crowded sailing tours and relax on this small-group Morning or lunchtime cruise of Townsville. Sailing with a group of no more than six people means you don’t have to battle for space.
Make your way to Townsville Yacht Club, in the city, at 10am or 1pm departure.
After setting sail, we head out left or right of Townsville or Cleveland Bay, where you can enjoy views of Magnetic Island, Townsville, and Cleveland Bay. This is a relaxing sail, so just sit back, relax, and take in the sights.
This is a two-hour Morning or lunchtime cruise & Yacht Club Lunch, you Board a 33-foot sailing yacht named Casual Fare. It is a Compass Innovator crewed by an experienced skipper and a deckhand.
Bottled water is supplied. You may bring your own alcohol and food
Depending which time you book you eat lunch before or after the trip.
Return to Townsville Yacht Club at approximately 12 or 3pm

Casual Fare Sailing Charters offer a truly unique and intimate experience with morning, lunchtime, and sunset cruises for a maximum of six passengers at one time. Operating four trips a day from the Townsville Yacht Club, experience the beautiful bay of Townsville on water.
Their yacht is a Compass Innovator, which was used as a bareboat hire in the Whitsundays. Owner, James, is originally from the U.K. and has been living in Queensland for the past 10 years.
Casual Fare Sailing Charters has been operating for 8 years in Townsville and Magnetic Island and is proud to be family-owned and operated.
