The total sleeping capacity of this property is 12 guests when travelling with children, however, if travelling without children then no more than 8 adults are permitted to stay.

The home features three split levels. On the top floor you have the lounge room, kitchen and dining area, as well as the master bedroom with ensuite plus an additional WC. There is also a large entertaining deck complete with magnificent water views.

On the entry level there is a king bedroom with ensuite, as well as the kids bedroom and garage / games room (with table tennis).

On the lower level are two more bedrooms (one King and one Queen), the main bathroom with bath, as well as a second open plan living area and kitchenette. This area opens out to another deck where the two person outdoor spa and outdoor shower are located. A few steps down from here is the swimming pool.
