Built in 1885 the home is only a 10-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the City centre and Salamanca, surrounded by Hobart’s sporting precinct, with Hobart Aquatic centre, numerous sporting grounds and running tracks. A gas-heater keeps the room warm when needed.
