Travel via Port Elliot to Goolwa, where you’ll board the Spirit of the Coorong cruise, Enter the lock which takes you down to sea level. Cruise along the last few kilometres of the Murray River where it joins the Great Southern Ocean.

After joining the amazing Coorong waterways, we pass the quaint fishing village of Coorong Shacks into “Storm Boy Country”. A rich cultural interpretation and bush-tucker trail takes us to the infamous 90-Mile Beach and the roaring Southern Ocean. An ancient indigenous Midden site and also the history of the area which was able to sustain life for the original indigenous inhabitants will be related.

Lunch and an afternoon tea will be served during the cruise before returning to the Goolwa Wharf at 4:30 pm. You’ll then rejoin the tour coach to travel back to Adelaide, arriving at the city drop off points at 6:00pm.
