Start with a glass of chilled Champagne Delamotte on arrival while we introduce you to our organic and biodynamic farm. This is followed by a structured and guided tasting of the rare wines that make up our Polygon Project: Polygon 3 Grenache, Polygon 5 Grenache and Polygon 1 Shiraz, as well as the Old Quarter Grenache Shiraz Mataro, Striato Shiraz and our Kin range. Afterwards you’ll enjoy our fresh, seasonal Kitchen Garden Lunch Menu with accompanying wines, followed by a cheese board.
We will visit one of our unique soil pits so that you can really understand our micro-terroir approach, before moving to the winery for a Polygon tasting from concrete eggs and tulips (if available). All of this is accompanied by a detailed Polygon Project booklet for you to take away.
Pre-book, $250 / person, 4 hours duration, min 2 people.

Alkina Tours & Visitor Experiences
At Alkina the winery, vineyard, tasting room, fire pit and accommodation are all within metres of each other. We are able to offer a variety of experiences, or we can tailor something individually to your needs. We can also arrange luxury chauffeured transfers or transport for your visit.
Wine education takes centre stage at Alkina. Our experiences range from structured tastings that look at our Polygon Project, through to a full luxury accommodation and wine package. Whatever you decide to do, the surroundings are stunning and you’ll find yourself amongst the vines of our certified organic and biodynamic vineyard.
It’s a truly holistic offering, where soil health, biodiversity and geology take equal billing with luxury, fine wine and attention to detail. Wherever your interest lies, we will always tailor your experience to focus on the areas that matter to you most. We are a small, specialist winery so alongside our organised experiences, we’re very happy to put together bespoke tastings and tours.
