Be in awe as soon as you arrive with the freshly landscaped front yard and the house’s great architectural structure! Enter the house on the ground level to a second living area, styled with a large comfy couch and second flat-screen television.
There is a king-sized bedroom with plenty of built-in robes, a twin bedroom with two king single beds and a large main bathroom, with a stunning freestanding bathtub, double basin vanity and walk-in shower.
There is a master King bedroom with an ensuite and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed on this level, both with large built-in robes. There is a third bathroom on the top level that includes a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Relax and enjoy a glass of wine on the front balcony overlooking the Merimbula Lake, or snuggle in with a good book in front of the large built-in fireplace throughout the winter months.
