Quaint, and quintessentially Southern Fleurieu, with many historical features. Built in the 1940’s this unique beach house has so much character, perfect for a couples retreat or family holiday. Only a few minutes’ walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in South Australia and popular cafes.
The main house you will find 2 bedrooms, a newly designed kitchen plus a TV/sitting room to sit and relax with a good book or complimentary glass of port. There is also a bathroom, laundry, separate toilet and enclosed side veranda with second toilet.
The rustic covered outdoor area has a corner bench seat plus outdoor table and chairs for entertaining. Fresh herbs and fruit trees can be found throughout the garden.
