Forktree Brewing is housed in a reinvigorated shearing shed that was the main shearing location for the Forktree Estate many years ago.
They have reused and recycled many of the original materials used in the shed’s construction to create a welcoming facility. They also serve their beers on tap (currently contract-brewed) as well as wine and local cider.
In the near future, Forktree Brewing aims be able to have their own brewery setup on site.
Their goal is to showcase all that is great about Carrickalinga and the surrounding environment, a natural paradise.
