Adelaide Hills Getaway is located on Macclesfield’s heritage-listed main street, 45 minutes from Adelaide CBD and 13 minutes from Mt Barker. Dine in the two historic pubs metres away. Close to Longview Winery, Macclesfield Cafe/General Store, History Walk, parklands including Davenport Square, and Crystal Lake sculpture park.
The complex consists of :
Three two-bedroom units (each sleeps four)
Gum Tree Lodge 5 bedroom unit sleeps 12 persons in queen and single beds), conference/ function room.
Macclesfield is in Battunga- Country on the ‘Angas River Scenic Drive’, the ‘Epicurean Way’, ‘Hills Sculpture Trail’, the ‘Sculpture Scenic Drive’ and the ‘Kidman Trail’ with walking, cycling, horse riding links to the ‘Heysen Trail’.
Visit Kuitpo Forest, Jupiter Creek former gold diggings, Prospect Hill museum, Crystal Lake Sculpture Park, ANZAC Memorial Garden, wineries of the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale, Langhorne Creek, and Currency Creek.
