This Park has been the pivotal centrepiece in many popular events (such as the Tour Down Under; the equestrian 3-day event, the supercar racing and Harvest Rock.)
It’s also home to an ancient olive grove, the ephemeral Botanic Creek, school sporting fields, a children’s playground, a pepper tree boulevard, and much more.
Find out about “King Rodney” the man after whom this Park was named. Wear sturdy shoes for a walk of about 1.6km. Approximately 1.5 hours duration. Meet at the corner of East Terrace and Bartels Road (southern side of Bartels Road).
