Overlooking the picturesque Avoca Golf Course, Avoca Cottages is a perfect location for some time away. With five self-contained cottages, it is the ideal location for a group booking or a private getaway.
A large decked area , with built in barbeque and portable fire pit, is very inviting for you to gather with family and friends for lunch or dinner, or sit and read a book surrounded by the sights and sounds of the great outdoors. As the sun sets, the area provides the perfect place for a relaxing night-cap before retiring to your spacious cottage, for a perfect nights sleep.
If you are looking forward to dining at the award winning Avoca Hotel or cooling off in the local swimming pools (3pools), both are within easy walking distance to the cottages. For those wanting to experience the local wineries or explore the Pyrenees Ranges and the township of Avoca, The Avoca Cottages are ideally situated, Drive, ride or walk…your choice.

One Bedroom Cottage
The One Bedroom Cottage features open living lounge and kitchen, coffee machine, spa bath, superior queen mattress, fully self-contained kitchen, high definition television with Netflix and DVD player, air conditioning and ceiling fan, free wireless internet and fold-out sofa if required.
Two Bedroom Cottage
All cottages are equipped with reverse cycle heating and cooling, ceiling fans and good lighting. They were designed with high vaulted ceilings to cope with the summer months, and to give that spacious open feel. The well equipped kitchen’s have full sized stoves/ovens, 140 litre fridges and coffee pod machines. Two have spa baths and the Disability cottage has a modified bathroom.
