The airconditioned kitchen and island bench like most of the house has undertaken a major reconstruction, The newly renovated kitchen has all the modern appliances, namely a manual expresso machine with pod capability, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, oven just to list a few appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

There are two large bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with a Queen size (Tasmanian-made mattresses), both bedrooms have electric blankets, and panel heaters as well as ample hanging space.
