Join in for an unforgettable celebration of creativity, innovation, and artistic expression at the City of Whittlesea’s 2026 Art Exhibition.
The annual art exhibition started as a community-driven initiative in 2005. This much-loved program serves as a platform for all artists who live, work, or are connected to the City of Whittlesea to share their creativity, imagination and ideas with the community. It is an opportunity for artists to expand their artistic practice and showcase their creative works and explore new ideas.
This year’s exhibition invited artists to explore the theme Belong. To belong is a fundamental human need – it draws you toward family, friends and community. Belonging connects people to place, bringing people together through shared interested, values, and experiences. It helps people bridge differences, reminding you that each person is part of something greater than themselves.
